The Annual Luncheon provides essential financial support for our clients, ensuring that the hundreds of women and girls we serve every year continue to have the resources they need to be independent, productive, and financially stable.

Leila Aloi is a Managing Director in Corporate Coverage on the Diversified Corporate Banking team at Texas Capital Bank. Leila has 17 years of banking experience and was previously with DNB Bank, Natixis CIB, and Amegy Bank where she originated and executed transactions in the upstream, midstream, and energy services sector.
Leila earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University, where she graduated as a Jones Scholar.
Leila currently serves on the Development Committee of The Women’s Resource and will serve on its 2026 Board of Directors.

Enjoy a 7-night stay at a beautiful cottage just steps away from the beach on the western end of the quaint coastal town of Rosemary Beach, Florida.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms, including 2 guest rooms joined by a full bath and a primary bedroom with its own private bath and jacuzzi tub. On the second floor is where guests can find the main living area, including kitchen and dining areas, while the third-floor suite holds 3 beds and a private bathroom. The cottage also features a private pool.

Enjoy a 4-night stay at a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-and-a-half bathroom oceanfront condo in the quiet, relaxing beach town of Bucerías, Mexico, located on the Pacific Coast.
Just steps away from the beach and a short walk from the town’s main square, guests can enjoy the calm, laidback nature of the town or visit nearby Sayulita to enjoy local nightlife.
